We are seeking an experienced and driven

Junior Sales Representative

to join a growing team in North Richland Hills. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay plus commission for a candidate ready to grow in a fast‑paced sales environment. The ideal candidate has some sales experience, a positive and dependable attitude, and a willingness to learn and become a product expert. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors. Assist with sales activities including quoting, pricing, and order management. Learn the product line thoroughly and serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients. Provide clear communication on order status, shipping timelines, freight, and payment terms. Support problem‑solving and issue resolution for customer inquiries. Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude in a fast‑paced office setting. Qualifications

Minimum 1+ years of sales experience , preferably in a fast‑paced environment. Background in the

fastener and/or construction industry

preferred. Understanding of

pricing models, quoting, and sales processes . Excellent

English communication and grammar
