We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers and assist with order processing in a fast-paced business environment. This role will serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution while ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers and internal teams

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels

Process customer orders, order modifications, and related requests accurately

Assist customers with questions regarding products, orders, and services

Escalate and help resolve customer concerns when necessary

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders and requests are handled efficiently

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Support overall customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective service

Required Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Active listening and problem-solving abilities

Strong organizational and time management skills

Basic mathematical proficiency

Comfortable using computers and standard business software

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Experience & Education

Previous customer service experience preferred

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
