
Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with customers, distributors, and field personnel to insure timely and accurate entry of customer fulfillment requests into JDEdwards, our ERP System. You will be working with Shipping personnel to resolve any fulfillment challenges and to work closely with the Customer Service Manager in establishing individual and team goals and ensure delivery of exceptional service to internal and external customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Interface extensively with internal and external customers to enter orders, resolve issues, and general inquiries
Receive sales orders from customers and review for accuracy utilizing contract review procedures
Input sales orders, provide order acknowledgements, and communicate with customers on order status and assist with resolving discrepancies
Collaborate with demand planning, production, and shipping in exceeding customers' needs and expectations
Review and interpret reports while maintaining accurate records
Assist with short-term and long-term strategic planning, project initiatives and system & process improvements
Additional projects or duties as needed
Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered
Detail-oriented with great organization skills
Ability to enter, extract, evaluate and present data
Ability to effectively communicate with teammates across various departments of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple demands in a professional manner
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Preferred experience with JDE or other ERP System
