Job Overview
The Relationship Manager plays a critical role in supporting two tenured Capita Advisors, acting as a key partner in delivering exceptional client service and follow-through on financial planning recommendations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building trust, staying organized, and serving as a consistent, dependable point of contact for clients and advisors. You’ll work closely with the advisors and clients to ensure planning recommendations and service items are executed smoothly, and clients feel supported every step of the way. Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with two tenured Capita Advisors to support their client relationships Serve as a contact for clients, responding to questions and guiding them through next steps Help clients follow through on financial planning recommendations and account-related action items Coordinate client meetings, prepare materials, and assist with follow-up after meetings Build strong, long-term client relationships that reinforce trust and confidence Retain clients by consistently delivering the “Capita experience.” Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely execution of client requests Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and documentation Qualifications & Requirements
Series 65 or 66 preferred (must be obtained, preferably within 12 months if not already held) Bachelor’s degree preferred 1+ year of experience in a wealth management or financial services firm preferred Strong communication skills and a relationship-first mindset Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
