Your Role As an
Account Manager , you'll be the long-term commercial point of contact for your customers. You'll:
Manage a portfolio of existing clients in Europe
Build strong, lasting relationships with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs
Analyze customer projects and advise on the right Odoo apps
Upsell and renew contracts: from monthly to multi-year deals
Demo new features and modules to end-users
Be a key link between customers and internal teams (Product Owners, Business Analysts, etc.)
Your goal:
increase customer satisfaction and retention
while growing your portfolio value.
Must-Have Skills
Business degree
Fluent in
English & Polish
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Problem-solving mindset & conflict management skills
Well-organized (you'll manage ~150 clients!)
0–3 years' experience in Sales or IT
Belgian work permit
Nice to Have
Fluent in French
Experience in customer relationship or IT project management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Growth-oriented mindset
