Trinity Parts and Components is searching for a dynamic Inside Sales Summer Intern at our Fort Worth office!

Join our 2026 Inside Sales Internship and gain hands‑on experience in the dynamic world of sales strategy and execution. This program is designed for upper‑level college students who want to learn how sales teams operate, develop strategies, and leverage technology to drive business growth. If you’re detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and passionate about business development, this internship offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute.

What you’ll do:

Support the development of sales strategies and assist in setting sales targets and promotions.

Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and promotional events to gain real‑world exposure.

Update CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records.

Collaborate with team members to track sales progress and performance metrics.

Observe and learn deal‑closing techniques and negotiation strategies.

Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and reporting.

Assist in streamlining order entry, integrating CRM systems, and standardizing order formats to reduce errors and improve processing speed.

Gain experience in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.

What you’ll need:

Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Business Management, Economics, or Business Administration.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Interest in sales strategy, customer engagement, and process optimization.
