Texas Sales Manager
The Texas Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of Business Development Managers to drive sales growth, expand market share and strengthen customer relationships within Texas. This role will develop and execute strategic sales plans, oversee regional performance and ensure alignment with overall company objectives. By fostering a high-performance sales culture, providing coaching and support, and leveraging market insights, the Sales Manager will play a key role in achieving revenue targets and enhancing the company’s presence in the region.

Responsibilities
Sales Planning and Execution

Builds sufficient pipeline with BDMs to meet or exceed annual sales goals

Develops strategies and pre-call plans with BDMs to maximize sales call effectiveness

Teaches qualification to BDMs and disengages from deals that are not the right fit

Creates plans with BDMs to win new business and expand existing accounts

Orchestrates the appropriate PSI & customer resources to help BDMs win more

Manages the accuracy of Salesforce.com on a weekly basis with the team

Leadership

Sets the example for the team in leading them towards achieving their goals

Sets a Clear Vision to achieve each branch’s goals

Coaches and develops the team to learn our go-to-market strategy and follow our processes

Hires top talent and works through performance challenges to a resolution

Uses data to help accurately forecast our orders to help in identifying resources

Builds team, peer, and organizational relationships to help the team win

Working Conditions

Office functions will primarily be performed at PSI’s business offices.

30-40% travel. Mostly throughout the state of Texas.

Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience

Bachelor’s Degree required

10-15 years of Business Development experience.

Experience leading a field of sales and/or operations teams to achieve company objectives.
