Location: Greater Boston (local candidates preferred), hybrid 2-3x week in office

My client, a Mid-Size Bio Pharma Company, is seeking a professional for the role of Senior Director/Director, Commercial /Business Analytics & Insights in PHARMA.
The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in delivering data-driven insights to support commercial decision-making and business growth. This individual will lead efforts in commercial analytics, reporting, and market research while serving as a key partner to cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic insights and serve as a problem‑solving partner for commercial and marketing teams.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to align commercial analytics initiatives with business objectives.
Lead secondary data analysis and market research to generate actionable recommendations.
Oversee reporting processes related to product launches and commercial performance.
Ensure data availability, quality, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external vendors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.
10–12 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, primarily in the U.S.
Strong background in business analytics, insights, market research, and competitive intelligence.
Experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., CRM, claims, sales); technical skills in SQL, Python, or cloud platforms are a plus.
Proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
