Job Description Join Console as our first dedicated Brand Designer to define the visual identity of a category-defining AI company. You will own the brand end-to-end, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling stories for customers like Webflow and Ramp. This is a high‑agency, founding‑level role sitting at the intersection of growth and design.

What you will do
Lead the creative direction and execution of all brand assets across web, major product launches, marketing campaigns, and social media.
Partner directly with the Head of Growth to evolve the brand system, ensuring visual coherence across every digital and physical touchpoint.
Rapidly prototype and iterate on differentiated design concepts that help Console stand out in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
The ideal candidate
4–6+ years of experience in brand or visual design, ideally blending in‑house tech experience with a high‑caliber agency background.
Exceptional portfolio demonstrating bold visual taste, sophisticated storytelling, and the ability to own creative projects without hand‑holding.
Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a proactive curiosity for integrating AI‑assisted tools into a modern design workflow.
