About the Role We are hiring an intern to join our GTM Strategy & Operations team for the summer. This team is responsible for the systems, data, and processes that support TensorWave’s sales, marketing, and partnerships functions.

In this role, you will work inside our CRM (HubSpot), build dashboards and reports, maintain data quality, write process documentation, and get exposure to automation tools used in modern go-to-market organizations. You will work alongside our GTM Analyst and report directly to the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations.

No prior revenue operations experience is required. We will teach you the tools and frameworks. This role is well‑suited for anyone interested in revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or go‑to‑market strategy as a career path.

What You’ll Do CRM & Data Operations

Maintain data quality in HubSpot: identify and resolve duplicates, missing fields, and naming inconsistencies

Support data enrichment and cleanup projects that improve sales team efficiency

Help enforce data entry standards across the GTM organization

Reporting & Analytics

Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and Google Sheets to track pipeline health, deal progression, and sales activity

Prepare weekly and monthly reporting packages for leadership review

Analyze data to surface trends in lead sources, conversion rates, and rep performance

Process Documentation

Create and update process guides in Confluence covering CRM workflows, data standards, and dashboard maintenance

Organize the internal knowledge base so sales reps can find resources quickly

Document GTM playbooks and track outcomes of outbound motions

Tools & Automation

Work hands‑on with HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Jira, and Confluence

Help identify manual processes that could be automated and assist with scoping solutions

Troubleshoot tool issues and support workflow improvements across the team

Cross‑Functional Support

Attend meetings with Sales, Marketing, BD/Partnerships, and Customer Experience teams

Participate in weekly standups, 1:1s, and pipeline reviews

Who You Are Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets (pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup)

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Able to manage tasks independently and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot

Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools

Interest in AI/ML, cloud computing, or technical infrastructure

Prior internship or project experience in operations, analytics, or business strategy

Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana)
