What You’ll Do

Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, including trade shows, field dinners, and customer conferences

Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor communication, shipping, swag inventory, and on-site setup/teardown

Collaborate with the design team to produce event collateral, signage, and branded materials

Help manage event registration platforms, attendee communications, and pre/post-event surveys

Track event budgets, invoices, and expenses; maintain organized records for each event

Monitor event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, lead generation) and compile post-event recaps

Support field marketing campaigns that drive event attendance and pipeline generation

Attend at least one live event and take ownership of a defined workstream on-site

Who You Are Required Qualifications

Currently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with event platforms (e.g., Lu.ma, Eventbrite, Splash) is a plus

A positive, team-first attitude and eagerness to learn

Willingness to travel for events if needed
