MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency, iscurrently seeking a Social Media Manager with 4-6+ years agency or in-houseexperience to join our social media marketing team as a remote, hybrid, orin-office employee.
Serve as the primary forward-facing social media strategiston client account(s), building relationships with assigned clients and teams
Develop social media content strategies, defining strategicelements such as channels, audience, content types, tone of voice, etc.
Oversee the development of monthly/quarterly editorialcalendars
Concept, shoot, and edit social media content, with anemphasis on short-form video content
Create/write monthly editorial calendars, includingbrainstorming, copywriting, and partnering with the creative team for visualdevelopment
Oversee community management and engagement
Frequently analyze performance of content and overallstrategy, guiding team to make shifts as needed
Manage paid social amplification and boosting strategies tomaximize content performance
Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Maintain ongoing education around tactics and emergingtrends relevant to the marketing industry, as well as client industries
Educate internal teams and clients on trends, behaviors, andtechnologies
Explore and apply emerging tools (including AI) to improvesocial content development and performance
Requirements
Strong experience building and executing social strategies,with case studies and examples
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emergingsocial platforms
Experience shooting and editing social-first video content(CapCut, Premiere, native platform tools, etc.)
Deep experience in content development and communitymanagement
Deep understanding of social metrics and KPIs
Strong creative thinking and copywriting skills
Adaptable, flexible
Positive and solutions-oriented attitude
Restaurant and CPG industry experience and interest ispreferred
Position is eligible for remote, hybrid or in-office workoptions
3 p.m. Fridays year-round
