Every day, we supply mechanics, clubs, and dealers with everything that rattles, rolls, and inspires. We are looking for a committed individual to join our internal sales team (B2B) to support and expand our dealer network in Switzerland.

Requirements

Experience in internal sales or customer service, ideally in a technical or bicycle environment

Technical understanding – you don’t have to be a mechanic, but you know mopeds and their parts inside out

Enjoyment of communication and direct customer contact

High degree of independence, reliability, strategic thinking, and ability to work in a team

Valid driver's license, category B

Knowledge of the German language in writing, speech, and (preferably) dialect

Foreign languages (French, English, Italian) are an advantage

Confident use of Office programs and email, ideally experience with ERP or CRM systems

Responsibilities

Support and advice for our commercial customers and dealers via email and telephone

Order processing and quotation preparation

Maintenance of customer data and dealer conditions in the ERP/CRM system

Analysis of customer behavior, trends, and market developments

Acquisition of new customers & support for key accounts (including occasional on‑site visits)

Close cooperation with purchasing, logistics, and product management

Support with complaints and special requests

Participate in events, meetings, and trade shows
