Internet Sales Specialist (Business Development Center) DeVoe Buick GMC Subaru | Naples, FL

Due to continued growth, DeVoe Automotive is expanding our high-performance internal Business Development Center and seeking full-time Internet Sales Specialists to join a structured, performance-driven team.

This is a critical front-line role responsible for handling internet leads and inbound sales calls, engaging customers quickly and professionally, and setting high-quality appointments through a proven process.

This is

not a management role

and not a desk position. It is a phone-intensive, results-driven role that directly supports the success of our sales operation.

Compensation Expected earnings for this role typically range between

$45,000 – $75,000+ annually , based on performance.

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound internet leads and sales phone calls

Respond promptly via phone, text, and email

Focus heavily on the first 1–20 days of the lead lifecycle, where engagement matters most

Set and confirm sales appointments that show

Re-engage unsold and inactive prospects

Maintain detailed, accurate CRM documentation

Execute a defined process for communication and follow-up

Collaborate closely with sales managers and the showroom team

Hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable working in a structured environment

CRM, automotive, call center, or customer engagement experience is a plus — but not required. We will train the right person who is motivated and ready to grow.

Schedule & Requirements

Full-time position

Saturday rotation required (closed Sundays)

Flexible availability

Valid driver’s license

High school diploma or equivalent

Stable work history

Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
