Finance Director
to lead and manage our Finance Department. This role is responsible for driving performance, developing a high-producing F&I team, ensuring compliance, and maximizing profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Top Performers Can Earn Up to $300,000+ Annually in Base and Performance-Based Compensation Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and hold the F&I team accountable to performance standards
Drive production, product penetration, and overall department profitability
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations
Collaborate with Sales Management to maximize deal structure and efficiency
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve results
Requirements:
Proven Automotive F&I experience required
Prior leadership or Finance Director experience strongly preferred
Strong track record of driving production and profitability
Must be available for in-person interviews with our management team
CDK experience is a plus
