Director of Data and Prospect Management Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School seeks a detail-driven, strategic

Director of Data and Prospect Management

to strengthen Advancement operations and support the school’s mission through high-quality prospect research, portfolio management, and data integrity leadership.

This role partners with frontline fundraisers and campus leaders to build a strong donor pipeline, ensure accurate and ethical data practices, and maintain reliable systems for gift processing, reporting, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Lead prospect research and provide clear, actionable insights into fundraising strategy.

Manage and optimize fundraiser portfolios through data-informed guidance and regular strategy reviews.

Oversee Advancement data operations in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, ensuring accuracy, coding standards, and compliance.

Produce research profiles, capacity estimates, and analytical summaries.

Direct gift processing workflows and ensure timely, accurate documentation of all contributions.

Support financial reconciliations, fund reporting, and annual audit preparation.

Supervise and train the Advancement Support Specialist.

Generate recurring and custom reports for Advancement and Business Office needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

At least 2 years in development, marketing, sales, or related fields.

Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.

Sound judgment in handling confidential data and evaluating data quality.

Ability to collaborate effectively across teams; knowledge of financial/audit procedures preferred.
