We are hiring a strategic, design-minded Director of Sales & Marketing to lead growth for a distinctive interiors brand that operates at the intersection of design studio, retail destination, and custom furniture house.

The Role: The Director of Sales & Marketing will serve as the growth architect of the company, leading revenue strategy, brand positioning, trade outreach, and hospitality expansion.
This leader will unify sales and marketing into a single high-performance engine that increases brand awareness, strengthens trade partnerships, drives retail engagement, and expands hospitality opportunities.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for someone energized by scaling a creative, product-driven interiors brand within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications
Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
10+ years of leadership experience in sales and marketing within interiors, furniture, design, retail, or hospitality sectors
Proven success growing trade relationships and expanding into hospitality markets
Strong understanding of both B2B (trade/hospitality) and B2C (retail) sales cycles
Experience marketing product-driven design brands, ideally with custom or globally sourced products
Demonstrated ability to scale revenue in a creative, entrepreneurial environment
Deep appreciation for design aesthetics, craftsmanship, and market trends
Strong financial acumen and forecasting capability
Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative culture
