If you like the pace of sales without the road time, this is your lane. Atlas Staffing is hiring an Inside Sales Support professional for a busy Industrial team in Post Falls, Idaho. This is an in-office, temp-to-hire role focused on quoting, order processing, and supporting an outside sales team.
Role Purpose Support customers and outside sales by generating quotes, processing and reviewing orders, and keeping communication tight around lead times and expectations.
Responsibilities
Generate customer quotes and support follow-up on open quotes
Process, review, and edit customer orders for accuracy and completeness
Communicate lead times, order status, and expectations to customers
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and prevent service gaps
Support outside sales with customer requests, product questions, and order details
Educate customers and business partners on products for assigned accounts
Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned accounts and channel partners
Proactively identify new opportunities within existing customer accounts
Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
Document activity and customer updates in internal systems
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in business or technical discipline preferred, or 2+ years of related experience
Excellent verbal communication, writing, and phone skills
Able to work independently and collaborate with a team
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
SAP experience is a plus
Pay $21 to $22 per hour
Available Shifts
Monday to Friday
7:00am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm
