We are seeking a
Bilingual Inside Sales Support Specialist
to support a busy sales team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing administrative support, customer service, order coordination, and front office responsibilities. The right candidate will be fluent in
English and Spanish
and able to communicate effectively with customers, internal team members, and field staff. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including entering orders and quotes Coordinate pickups, deliveries, appointments, and tours Communicate with outside sales representatives regarding orders, quotes, and delivery details Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries by phone and email Confirm customer orders and schedule pickups or deliveries Notify sales representatives when orders are ready for shipment Greet customers and drivers upon arrival Process payments accurately, including cash, checks, and credit transactions Support customer‑specific research and general sales support functions Assist with special projects and contribute ideas to improve workflow and efficiency Work closely with leadership and team members to support daily operations Help identify and resolve issues proactively to support a positive customer experience Plan daily and weekly tasks effectively to ensure strong time management and results Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong administrative and organizational abilities with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities at once Positive attitude and team‑oriented approach Basic math skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, data entry, and general office systems Familiarity with accounting software is a plus What We’re Looking For:
