What You'll Do As a
Mazda Sales Consultant , you'll guide customers through every step of their vehicle journey - from discovery to delivery. You'll help match them with the right vehicle while creating an exceptional, personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle options
Demonstrate and explain vehicle features during test drivesManage the delivery process, ensuring satisfaction and understanding
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up using CRM tools
What We're Looking For We're seeking energetic, customer-focused professionals who love helping people and thrive in a team environment.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Motivated and customer-oriented mindset
Comfortable using technology and sales tools
Able to pass a background check and drug test
Previous sales experience preferred but not required
