to join our high-performing automotive sales team. This onsite role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with customers, building relationships, and earning commission-based income in a fast-paced dealership environment. With earning potential of
$35,000-$120,000+ per year , this position offers unlimited growth based on performance, training, and effort. Job Responsibilities
Greet customers and deliver an exceptional car-buying experience
Conduct needs assessments to match customers with the right KIA vehicle
Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain pricing options
Guide customers through the sales and delivery process
Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
Maintain accurate customer and sales records using dealership CRM tools
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Enjoy working with people and building relationships
Ability to listen, assess needs, and provide solutions
Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
Comfortable using technology and sales software
Compensation & Benefits
Commission-based pay: $35,000-$120,000+ annually
