Position Responsibilities Requirements Translation & Analysis

Partner with product leadership to refine business requirements gathered from client engagements

Translate high-level product requirements and metrics from PRDs into detailed technical specifications

Research and interpret requirements from regulatory bodies (CMS, AHRQ, etc.) to inform product builds

Document technical requirements with precision for engineering teams

Data Assessment & Validation

Conduct thorough analyses of client data environments to assess data quality, completeness, and usability

Verify availability and accessibility of required data elements across client systems

Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or quality issues that may impact product implementation

Provide recommendations for data remediation when needed

Technical Review & Quality Assurance

Review and audit SQL logic developed by engineering teams to ensure alignment with product requirements

Validate that technical implementations accurately reflect business requirements and expected outcomes

Serve as the quality checkpoint between product specifications and technical delivery

Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot discrepancies and optimize solutions

Documentation & Communication

Create clear documentation bridging business requirements and technical specifications

Communicate technical findings and data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Maintain requirements traceability throughout the implementation process

Experience & Skills Required Experience and Qualifications:

3+ years healthcare analytics experience

Experience working in data warehouses, ETL processes, and database technologies (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery)

Strong SQL proficiency with demonstrated ability to write, read, and audit complex queries

Proven experience analyzing healthcare data and working with healthcare data standards

Familiarity with regulatory healthcare bodies and their reporting requirements/performance measures (CMS, AHRQ, etc.)

Experience with clinical data mapping and healthcare terminology standards (ICD, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC, etc.)

Ability to independently research and interpret technical and regulatory documentation

Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail

Experience working in cross-functional environments with both product and engineering teams

Excellent communication skills with ability to translate between business and technical languages

Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for learning how to leverage AI tools in healthcare analytics (no prior AI experience required—we'll train you!)

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Background in EPIC, Cerner, or Meditech preferred.

Compensation $100k-$150k, Health Insurance, 401k
