Product Analyst (Contract) – New York, NY (On‑site, W2 Contractor). Pay: $51.00–$54.00 per hour. Contract duration: by end of 2026 with potential extension/convert. Experience: 3+ years in product analyst / business analyst or related role. Must be proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and have strong documentation skills. Experience in financial services and platform products is essential.
Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document product requirements across platform and consumer teams.
Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for component build, configuration, and adoption.
Maintain up‑to‑date product documentation in Confluence and JIRA.
Support the creation and iteration of PRDs for shared platform capabilities.
Track and report on shared component adoption metrics across products and geographies.
Requirements
3+ years in a product analyst, business analyst, or related role.
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills – user stories, PRDs, acceptance criteria.
Comfortable working on platform, infrastructure, or enablement products.
Experience analyzing cross‑team dependencies and managing competing priorities.
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
