What you will do
Architect a sophisticated memory system that uses digital footprints to build deep psychological profiles of users.
Design and implement a morphing UI that personalizes the entire interface experience based on individual user needs and behaviors.
Build and maintain robust evaluation frameworks to measure real‑world behavior change and ensure the AI provides meaningful mentorship.
The ideal candidate
A strong generalist engineer who has a proven track record of shipping production‑ready systems and finishing complex side projects.
Experience building with LLMs and agents, with a deep understanding of memory orchestration, tool use, and reliable AI behavior.
A product‑minded, autonomous builder who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is excited to use AI tools to accelerate their own workflow.
