$150,000-175,000 + Bonus
Actuarial Summary The Actuarial Associate is responsible for conducting rate adequacy analyses, maintaining actuarial datasets, implementing rate changes, and supporting financial reporting through loss reserve analysis. They collaborate with business units on strategic initiatives, enhance actuarial tools and methodologies, and ensure data integrity. Additionally, they provide mentorship and training to actuarial peers.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Minimum of four years of actuarial experience, preferably in P&C pricing and reserving.
ACAS designation required with a degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft programs with advanced Excel skills.
Strong programming skills (VBA, Python, R, SQL).
Ability to extract and manipulate large datasets.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
