
Senior Salesforce Administrator

Partner with the Business Analyst to triage and resolve break/fix issues, configuration requests, and user support needs, taking ownership of scalable declarative solutions.
Lead the design, build, and optimization of Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, scheduled, screen flows), ensuring adherence to best practices, performance standards, and maintainability.
Lead and standardize the organization’s declarative automation approach, ensuring Flow solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable Salesforce configurations.
Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, permission sets, profiles, approval processes, and reporting.
Support Revenue Cloud / CPQ configuration including pricing rules, product setup, and automation logic.
Maintain and optimize Experience Cloud (My DI Community) functionality.
Support integrations from an administrative standpoint, including field mappings, validation logic, and data integrity monitoring across systems such as Vonage, MuleSoft, NetSuite, and HubSpot.
Develop and maintain system documentation, governance standards, and Salesforce policies/procedures.
Maintain sandbox environments and manage deployment processes using change sets or DevOps tools.
Train users on system functionality and new enhancements.
Partner with IT leadership to continuously improve platform health, security posture, and performance.
Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Administration experience in a Production environment.
Expert‑level Salesforce Flow experience, including:
Complex multi‑object record‑triggered flows.
Screen flows for guided user processes.
Scheduled flows and batch‑style automation.
Error handling and fault path design.
Flow performance optimization and governance.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, and data relationships.
Experience supporting CPQ or Revenue Cloud environments.
Ability to design scalable, declarative‑first solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to analyze business processes and implement efficiencies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Must comply with and pass initial background check and drug screening, as well as subsequent background checks and vaccine requirements as required by customer contracts.
Must comply with company vaccination policy.
Preferred skills and experience:
Salesforce Platform Advanced Administrator certification.
Experience with Revenue Cloud implementation or optimization.
Familiarity with MuleSoft Composer integrations.
Experience supporting Experience Cloud environments.
Familiarity with Jira for backlog and work management.
Experience supporting AI‑enabled Salesforce capabilities such as Agentforce.
Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions While performing duties of this job, the employee is predominately functioning in a sedentary light office position with high frequency of telephone communication, keyboarding, and computer.
This person reports to the Business Applications Manager.
Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $89,900 - $125,300 (Compensation will vary based on skills and experience)
Bonus Eligibility Full‑time, non‑sales employees are eligible for DI’s annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
