Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Express Service Advisor

to join our growing service team. This position is responsible for managing the

Express Service Lane , assisting customers with routine maintenance services, and ensuring a fast, efficient, and professional service experience.

The ideal candidate thrives in a

fast-paced environment , communicates effectively with customers and technicians, and is highly organized.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival

Write repair orders for

express maintenance services

including:

Oil changes

Tire rotations

Multipoint inspections

Battery replacements

Cabin and engine air filters

Wiper blade replacements

Other quick maintenance services

Accurately document customer concerns and service requests

Communicate service recommendations and pricing clearly

Coordinate workflow with express technicians to maintain efficient turnaround times

Monitor vehicle progress and keep customers updated

Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and closed properly

Promote maintenance services and manufacturer recommended services

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high CSI standards

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment

Basic automotive knowledge is helpful

Strong organizational and time management skills

Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership management systems

Valid driver's license
