Position:

Senior Product Designer - Dashboard and Internal Tools

Focus:

B2B Platform & Enterprise Dashboard Design

Lithic is a modern card issuing and payment processing platform powering some of the most innovative companies in fintech. We provide the infrastructure that enables businesses like Mercury, Novo, and AvidXChange to launch and scale card programs with unprecedented flexibility and control.

As a Senior Product Designer on the web team, you'll be the design lead for Lithic's primary user interface—a front end experience of Lithic’s APIs as a toolset that business customers and internal stakeholders can use to issue cards, monitor fraud, manage disputes, analyze performance, and operate payment programs end to end in real-time.
