
International Tax Senior- Global Mobility

My client, a Top-25 CPAand Advisory firm, is seeking an International Tax Senior for their Global Mobility team. The position is based in Washington, DC and allows for a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). This position supports the firm's National Tax team, which in turn supports the broader tax practice.
YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
As a Senior Associate on our International Tax team, you’ll play a key role in delivering complex global mobility and individual international tax solutions for multinational clients. You’ll work closely with Managers and Partners while mentoring junior team members and expanding your technical expertise.
Support global expatriate and international individual tax programs, including compliance and consulting for multinational clients
Prepare and review complex U.S. individual income tax returns for resident and non-resident individuals, including related international reporting
Advise clients on U.S. residency status, treaty positions, and cross-border tax implications
Research and interpret U.S. tax law and applicable tax treaties to deliver practical, client-focused guidance
Analyze foreign tax returns and financial information to ensure accurate U.S. reporting and compliance
Assist clients with voluntary disclosure and streamlined compliance programs when needed
Prepare projections, estimates, and supporting workpapers for year-end and extension filings
Serve as a Career Advisor to junior staff, providing technical guidance and reviewing workpapers
