About the Opportunity We’re partnering with a privately held manufacturer of highly specialized components used by OEM customers across global industrial markets. This Sales Manager role is open due to growth and will focus on managing key European accounts while driving new business across the region.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who knows how to sell technical products, build customer relationships, and grow a market through direct engagement, travel, and industry visibility.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow established customer accounts across Europe
Drive new business development with OEM customers
Increase market presence through customer visits, trade shows, and conferences
Partner with engineering and marketing to support growth and customer needs
Who You Are You’re commercially driven, technically credible, and comfortable working with customers in a specialized OEM environment. You know how to grow relationships, spot opportunities, and represent a business well in the field.
Preferred Experience & Attributes
Experience selling technical components to OEM customers
Background with European-based customers required
Experience in markets such as analytical instruments, semiconductor, life science instruments, security inspection, or related industries
Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
Able to travel up to 40%, including Europe and the New York headquarters
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
