Experience with engineering documents and workflows in an industrial or regulated environment
Experience with AI and digital productivity tools
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, equivalent experience supporting engineering design deliverables accepted.
Responsibilities:
Work side‑by‑side with engineers on active design work to demonstrate practical AI use
Support creation of reusable prompts, templates, and bounded AI agents aligned to engineering workflows
Help translate successful use cases into repeatable team practices
Track and report adoption, agent development, and quality/rework indicators
Collaborate with digital and IT teams to identify data sources, integrate AI tools with existing engineering systems (e.g., document control, CAD, or calculation platforms), and ensure secure, compliant usage.
Provide feedback to model developers and program managers on AI tool performance, gaps, and user experience to help refine enterprise AI solutions for engineering.
