We are currently seeking a
Mechanical Designer
with strong BIM coordination experience to join a growing, high-performing team working on complex commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects.
This is more than just a modeling role — you’ll be directly impacting constructability, installation efficiency, and full-building coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing Lead design development and BIM coordination of HVAC and mechanical systems Model ductwork (supply, return, exhaust, outside air) Coordinate hydronic piping (chilled water, hot water, condenser water) Design refrigerant piping systems (VRF / split systems where applicable) Layout mechanical rooms (AHUs, RTUs, chillers, boilers, pumps, VAVs, heat exchangers, etc.) Manage coordination cycles and resolve clashes across structural, electrical, fire protection, and architectural trades Update models based on RFIs, submittals, and field conditions Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical input
What We’re Looking For 5+ years of construction or 3D modeling experience Strong Revit & AutoCAD 3D experience (Required) NavisWorks experience (Preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Working knowledge xsgimln of spreadsheets Experience thinking through installation & sequencing U.S. Citizenship (Required for client projects)
