Expo Responsibilities:
Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the servers to the heart of house team Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority Assist in final preparation of dishes Eliminate obstacles in service, food prep lines or dishwashing Support other tasks as needed Expo Requirements:
