Phelan Family Brands - - Responsibilities: Read food tickets and correctly calculate and expedite completed food dishes according to longest ticket times (expedited first, except recooks and special requests); Promptly inform all Managers of any long-time check per company ticket time standards; Maintain knowledge of all food recipes and specs to ensure quality assurance of all food products; Maintain a calm demeanor in a fast paced, high intensity environment; Constantly maintain the expo line in a clean and sanitary manner
