What Youll Do: Personalized upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Direct oversight of housekeeping and laundry Budget management and vendor contract handling Compliance assurance with health, safety, and building regulations Tailored preventative maintenance program development Leadership and guidance for maintenance team and contractors Proactive inspection and issue resolution Efficient management of cleaning supplies and equipment inventory Implementation of waste management and recycling Prompt response to emergency maintenance issues Commitment to a safe and welcoming environment
What Were Looking For: Experience in maintenance/environmental services as a director (healthcare preferred). Strong leadership skills. Knowledge of building systems and safety regs. Can work around Central Jersey
