Director of Manufacturing

Oversee the comprehensive operations and strategic implementation of MLB, coordinating key functions including manufacturing, supply chain management, human resources, financial control, and safety compliance to ensure the facility efficiently achieves production targets and operational KPIs for customer delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operational management at the factory level, and coordinate organizational planning and human resources allocation.
• Responsible for the planning, implementation, and daily operational management of trial production and mass production.
• Implement customer management and maintain good communication and cooperative relationships with customers.
• Conduct cost control and profit‑and‑loss management.

Education and work experience

1. Bachelor degree of above.

Work Experience:

• Over 10 years of relevant work experience in departments such as PCBA, consumer electronics assembly manufacturing, engineering and SCM, with experience in or responsibility for at least two departments.
• Over 5 years of experience in introducing new processes or new technologies in PCBA or the consumer electronics assembly industry.
• Management experience of an operation team with over 1,000 members.
• Successful experience in independently building teams and leading new product trial production and mass production.
• Successful experience in product order‑taking and rich experience in business development.
• Familiarity with SMT industry equipment planning, production processes, and daily operations is preferred.

Working conditions

• This position must be able to respond to after‑hour emergencies and be available to work non‑core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.
