An established General Contractor based in Georgia is seeking an experienced
Superintendent
to join their growing team. Our client specializes in
ground-up gas stations, convenience stores, restaurants, retail, and commercial construction projects
across the Southeast. They have built a strong reputation for delivering fast-paced, high-quality projects and maintaining long-term client relationships within the fuel and retail sectors. This is a key hire for someone who has
successfully led the construction of a ground-up gas station project
and understands the unique coordination, compliance, and scheduling demands involved. Key Responsibilities
Lead on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and daily site operations Oversee underground fuel systems, canopy installation, and site utilities Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors Maintain project timelines and quality standards Conduct site meetings and progress reporting Required Experience
Proven experience as a Superintendent on
ground-up commercial projects Must have completed at least one ground-up gas station project Experience with fuel systems, underground tanks, and related site work Background in retail, restaurant, or convenience store construction preferred Strong knowledge of scheduling and sequencing fast-track builds Ability to travel as required Base Salary:
$100,000 – $125,000
