MULTI-UNIT PROJECTS, OUT OF GROUND, LOW TO MID-RISE RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION. PROJECTS FROM $40M TO $100M!! Projects up to 25 floors with tight site conditions, underground garages, first floor or rooftop pools. Superintendent needed for conversion of office building to a 200-unit apartment complex. Position reports to Managing Director of Construction.
