DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders before delivering them
Assist in setting up and organizing the dining area before service
Clear and clean tables after customers have finished their meals
Help with basic food preparation tasks, such as garnishing dishes or assembling appetizers
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
Requirements SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, kitchen staff, and other team members
Attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery of food orders
Ability to work well as part of a team in a hospitality or food service setting
Previous experience in a similar role, such as bussing or catering, is preferred but not required
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be able spend long period of time on their feet, walking, standing, stooping, and lifting, carrying food trays, tables, chairs, and furniture up to 50 pounds.
