Sales Engineer

Our client are expanding its C&I PV + BESS division across Europe and we are looking for a technical expert who can bridge engineering and commercial strategy.

This is a high-impact role supporting complex, high value infrastructure opportunities in a fast-growing market.

What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle for C&I solar and battery storage solutions

Meeting customers on-site, running technical workshops, and assessing project feasibility

Supporting system design concepts in collaboration with internal engineering teams

Preparing high technical proposals and tender documentation

Working closely with Sales Managers to qualify opportunities and shape bid strategy

Supporting project handover to execution teams to ensure alignment and delivery

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience in technical sales/ sales engineering within solar or energy storage

Strong understanding of PV systems and BESS (battery energy storage systems)

Experience supporting turnkey or complex infrastructure projects

Engineering degree preferred (Electrical, Renewable Energy, or similar)

Comfortable in a matrix, international environment
