Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Provo, UT, for a Reconciliation Specialist. In this role, you will handle the reconciliation of financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards and company policies. You will manage monthly and periodic reconciliations, analyze financial discrepancies, prepare detailed reports, and support audit processes. Effective communication with team members and attention to detail will be integral to this position.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Accounting and Finance principles, with experience in account reconciliation

Excellent Analytical Skills to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting

Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and auditors

Proficiency in relevant accounting software and strong understanding of financial regulations

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred

Ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines
