Ground-Up Superintendent
to lead commercial construction projects from site development through final completion. This opportunity is ideal for a Superintendent who takes ownership of projects “out of the ground” — managing sitework, foundations, structural phases, and full build-out while driving schedule, safety, and quality. Key Responsibilities Lead ground-up commercial construction projects from sitework through turnover Manage daily jobsite operations and subcontractor coordination Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules Oversee safety compliance and quality control standards Coordinate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers Proactively resolve field issues to maintain schedule and budget Required Experience 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Experience working for a General Contractor Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling Ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-paced environment What’s on Offer Strong pipeline of local projects in Huntsville Established GC with long-term stability
