Role Description
This is a full time, on site Real Estate Agent role based in St. Louis, MO. As an agent at Sansone Residential Collective, you will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting with clarity and discretion. You will manage listings, host open houses, conduct market research, and shape a strong narrative that connects the right buyer pool to the right property. You will stay in consistent communication with clients and collaborate with the SRC team to deliver a seamless transaction experience from first conversation through closing. Qualifications
Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one Strong understanding of real estate and real property markets and best practices Proven customer service and sales experience with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and within a team Knowledge of the St. Louis market is a plus Comfort with modern real estate tools and technology preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous If you want to build a career on strategy, standards, and long term relationships, apply through LinkedIn or message our team.
