Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Thorough knowledge of OSHA safety standards and site compliance
Proven experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
Preferred Background & Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Provide full on-site supervision and coordination for commercial construction projects
Plan, schedule, and direct daily field activities to meet project timelines and budgets
Develop and enforce site logistics, safety programs, and quality standards
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries
Lead preconstruction meetings, coordination meetings, and daily huddles
Maintain daily reports, schedules, quantity tracking, and site documentation
Ensure project compliance with OSHA safety requirements and company policies
Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities
Mentor field staff and support ongoing team development
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
