Are you ready to be unstoppable? The Client Acquisition role is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and generating new business opportunities for the company, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified new leads within segments B, C, and D to drive new customer growth.

For A‑segment accounts, the role is also responsible for maintaining the Power Map (DMU) up to date.

The role ensures:

The systematic identification of potential companies within segments B, C, and D across target markets.

The development and maintenance of the Power Map (DMU) for segment A and B companies, and support to Sales Managers through initial lead screening to identify decision‑maker contacts within the Power Maps.

Lead and opportunity generation through proactive outreach activities (calls, emails, networking, and event participation).

The initial qualification of prospects and their handover to Inside Sales (segments C and D) or Sales Managers (segment B).

The creation, management, and continuous update of a robust sales pipeline.

The provision of relevant market insights regarding competitors and emerging customer needs.

The role reports to the Business Support Manager and works closely with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Sales Managers to ensure the effective conversion of new opportunities.

Ability to conduct market research, perform account mapping, and identify opportunities.

Resilience to rejection and ability to sustain a high level of commercial activity.

Analytical mindset with strong focus on pipeline management and prospecting metrics.
