About the Role
Mr. Handyman has an immediate opening in South Austin for a driven and organized
Inside Sales Dispatcher . In this role, you’ll be the
voice of our company , handling customer calls, scheduling jobs in
Service Titan , supporting our field technicians, and building strong relationships with both residential and commercial customers. If you enjoy balancing customer support, office management, and sales development, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with a trusted national brand.
Key Responsibilities Customer Support
Manage inbound calls, create customer files, resolve client inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction
Complete sales call screens, follow-ups, and job bookings in
Service Titan
Conduct follow-up calls for customer surveys, service calls, and complaint resolution
Office Administration
Oversee daily office operations and maintain organized systems
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and suppliers
Assist with onboarding and training of new employees
Resource & Vendor Management
Create and maintain weekly technician schedules and routes
Provide real-time support to technicians (directions, additional help, technical advice)
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and timely service delivery
Business Development
Develop and maintain commercial customer relationships
Identify new opportunities for revenue growth and upselling
Stay updated on services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information
Documentation & Reporting
Generate reports and maintain accurate records
Verify job completion, invoices, and payments in
Service Titan
Assist with collections for commercial clients
Monitor company vehicles for maintenance needs
Qualifications
Minimum
6 years’ experience
in office management or inside sales (home services industry preferred)
Proven ability to develop commercial business relationships
Advanced typing & 10-key skills with high accuracy
Experience with
MacOS, MS Office, and ServiceTitan
(preferred)
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Professional demeanor, punctual, dependable, and solution-oriented
Bilingual
(preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay $19 – $22/hour, Depending on Experience
