We are seeking a highly motivated
Fiery Partner Alliance Account Manager
to join our Sales Team. This role will be responsible for managing one or more strategic Fiery Partners across the Americas region. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Fiery Partner Alliance. The ideal candidate will be based in the New York/ New Jersey area and comfortable working remotely, with travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen the overall regional business relationship with assigned Fiery partners.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner regional headquarters and key stakeholders.
Own and drive revenue targets for assigned accounts, with a strong focus on maximizing Fiery market share.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies in collaboration with partners to drive revenue growth, exceed sales plans, and secure long‑term design wins.
Communicate product strategies to Fiery regional sales teams to optimize channel performance and sell‑through.
Collaborate closely with Fiery Regional Field Managers to coordinate sales execution.
Partner with Regional Sales Development Managers to support dealer and end‑user engagements.
Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within existing accounts and expand into new accounts where applicable.
Travel as necessary to partner and Fiery locations across the Americas.
Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to communicate partner product and marketing requirements that support revenue growth.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and submit relevant sales data to Sales Operations.
Collaborate with Marketing to execute promotions and leverage sales tools to enhance channel performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of sales experience within the printing industry, including dealer channel management.
Experience operating at a national level; familiarity with Japanese business culture is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent experience.
Proven track record of managing large, strategic accounts at a senior level.
Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Strong expertise in full‑cycle sales management, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, and closing complex technical sales opportunities.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Solid understanding of customer print operations; familiarity with Fiery products is preferred.
Ability and willingness to work remotely and travel as required.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 USD. Fiery considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
