Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Sales Estimator based in Arnold, MD. Duties will include preparing detailed and accurate construction estimates, managing budgets, and reviewing project specifications. Daily tasks include analyzing project requirements, developing cost estimates, refining budgets, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members as projects progress.
Qualifications
Proficiency in construction estimating with an emphasis on project cost analysis
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
Experience in budgeting and financial management for commercial projects
Familiarity with construction elements
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
Professional knowledge of commercial landscape construction is a plus
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for estimating and tracking projects
