Regional Sales & Service Representative – Midwest (Poultry & Swine)
Animal Agriculture | Water Treatment
Aquapproach Treatment Systems is growing our presence in the Midwest and is looking for a
self-starter with strong poultry and/or swine industry experience
to help support existing customers, work alongside an established dealer partner, and develop new business across the region.
This is a
hands-on, field-first role . Water treatment experience is not required — but
animal health/live production background is a must .
About the Role This position will spend most days on farms, working directly with producers, farm managers, and service teams to support and grow water treatment programs for poultry and swine operations.
You’ll be the face of Aquapproach in the Midwest — building relationships, solving practical problems, and helping customers get consistent results from their water systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting poultry and swine farms across the Midwest
Working closely with an existing regional dealer partner
Visiting farms to observe water systems, assist with startups, and troubleshoot issues
Identifying opportunities for improved water sanitation, filtration, and dosing
Building long-term relationships with producers and farm staff
Spending significant time in the field and on the road
Who We’re Looking For Required
Strong background in
animal health/live production
(poultry, swine, or related)
Comfortable working in barns and production environments
Self-motivated and able to manage a territory independently
Willing to travel and spend most of your time in the field
Practical, relationship-driven communicator
Preferred
Existing connections in the
Midwest poultry and/or swine industries
Water quality and or treatment experience/awareness
Experience in ag sales, service, equipment, or consulting
Familiarity with farm utilities (water systems, pumps, basic plumbing or electrical)
Performance-based incentives
Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
Travel expenses covered
Phone and field tools provided
