Regional Sales Manager – Midwest (IL, IN, OH, KY, WV) (Remote Office) We are partnering with an innovative specialty chemicals and environmental solutions company seeking a Regional Manager to grow a Midwest territory focused on industrial water and wastewater treatment programs. This role will lead sales strategy, customer partnerships, and implementation of industrial chemical programs across sectors including food processing, municipalities, manufacturing, and energy. Responsibilities
Build and manage a regional sales and service territory across the Midwest Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with industrial and municipal customers Identify and execute complex water treatment opportunities Support implementation and ongoing performance of treatment programs Collaborate with leadership on regional growth initiatives and team expansion Ideal background / Qualifications
10+ years in wastewater treatment or industrial water treatment Strong commercial and technical sales experience Experience supporting accounts in industries such as food & beverage, manufacturing, mining, or oil & gas Ability to travel 50–70% within the region Location
